What sold this week, every week

One email a week: the spots that sold, what brands paid for them, the laptops that went up, and what the whole board is worth. The numbers, not a newsletter about them.

Once a week, nothing else, and one click to stop.

Everyone stares at laptop lids. Yours may as well get paid.

How it works

Most lids sell at a fixed price. Some run an auction instead: brands bid for a few days, and the highest approved bid wins at the close.

  1. A creator lists their lid

Mac or PC, the spots and their prices, how long the stickers stay. $19 once, Stripe connected, and the lid is live at its own address.

  2. A brand picks a spot

Or posts a brief and lets creators apply. The creator approves the logo by hand, and that is what takes the payment — straight into their own Stripe.

  3. Stickers on, photo posted

The creator prints the stickers at the size each spot lists, puts them on, and posts the photo. The platform keeps 10% — 15% on an auction — and never touches the rest.

Questions & Answers

It started as brandmymac.com — one MacBook, twenty sticker spots on the lid, inside and accessories, $9,690 raised against a $2,959 machine, goal passed 327%.

This site is that turned into a marketplace: anyone puts their own lid up, brands buy the spots on it, and the listing, the payment and the logo review are handled here.
